Police carried out a series of raids in Cleveland targeting suspected members of organised crime gangs.

The force said it was part of their Operation Artemis – involving more than a hundred officers drafted in from across the UK.
They said dozens of arrests had been made, in an effort to increase trust from the community after the fatal A66 crash, which killed two police officers and five young men.
