DRC and M23 rebels agree to ‘immediate ceasefire’

The Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Rwandan-backed M23 rebels have agreed to an "immediate" halt to the fighting while they work towards a permanent ceasefire.

It comes after talks in Qatar aimed at stopping the decades-long conflict.
