One person has been confirmed dead in the southern Russian city of Krasnodar.

The Russian authorities said more than 40 drones were intercepted, which were part of a larger swarm they said were sent by Ukraine.
Ukraine has not claimed responsibility, but it is thought to have used long-range drones to target military installations and oil infrastructure in the area in recent days.
