Drone footage shows a grieving dolphin carry her dead calf for days during mourning period

According to Geographe Marine Research, the dolphin, named Fraggle, lost her last four calves, and was seen amongst her pod who came together to support her in the Leschenault Estuary near the city of Bunbury, Western Australia.

Dolphins can carry their deceased calves during a period of mourning which can last for many days, before letting go and feeding to survive.
