There have been competing demonstrations near Drumcree, Northern Ireland where the Protestant Orange Order is seeking to march through a predominantly nationalist area.
Last week, the Parades Commission gave the traditional march down the Garvaghy Road the go-ahead for the first time in nearly 30 years. It was previously banned for sparking violent clashes during the Troubles.
Now, there’s a standoff with residents launching an appeal against that decision which is due to be heard in Belfast on Monday.
