In her speech, Kemi Badenoch says unemployment has risen and said: "ducks quack, cows moo, Labour put up taxes".
She added that spending needs to be brought "under control", which is the only way to get the economy "back on track".
On Rachel Reeves’s apology for breaching rental licensing rules, the Tory leader says: “If the chancellor can’t even get on top of her own paperwork, how’s she going to get on top of the country’s paperwork?”
