Economy stalls with zero growth in April, as Sunak insists election isn’t over

But Rishi Sunak insists the election isn’t over. He has not given up on winning.

That’s despite wet weather continuing to plague his campaign – this time causing zero GDP growth in April. The news coming just a day after he declared that the economy has “turned the corner”.
