Residents in Beaut, Montana in the US, had an unexpected visitor as Viola, an adventurous elephant, escaped a travelling circus.
Caught on camera, Viola wandered through the streets before being gently guided away.
Despite the drama – sparking both amusement and concern among locals – Viola returned home, unharmed.
