Epping Council reacts to asylum hotel ruling

Councillor Ken Williamson, a member of the Conservative Party in Epping Forest District Council, says he is "deeply disappointed" by the government winning the Court of Appeal case which means asylum seekers can stay at the Bell Hotel in Essex.
