The Ukraine war could be set for a change in momentum after Europe scrapped the restrictions on the use of its long-range missiles.
Previously, Europe had set limits on where Kyiv could use missiles such as Storm Shadow and ATACMS.
But now Ukraine is free to use them deep in Russian territory – and the sophisticated German Taurus missile could also be added to Kyiv’s arsenal.
