Experts say ‘no evidence’ Lucy Letby murdered babies

She’s currently serving 15 whole-life sentences for murdering seven babies and attempting to murder seven others at a neonatal unit in Chester.

But today a panel of international medical experts who considered the evidence used to convict the former nurse Lucy Letby said: ‘we did not find any murders’. Letby’s defence team have now applied to the Criminal Cases review body to have her case reconsidered.
