A new report has set out in detail the contact Nottingham attacker Valdo Calocane had with mental health services before his killing spree in June 2023.
Calocane was discharged from NHS mental health services five separate times in the two and a half years before he killed 19-year-old students Barnaby Webber and Grace O’Malley Kumar, and school caretaker Ian Coates, who was 65 #itvnews
