Families have told Sky News of their desperate search for news about children and loved ones thought to have been caught up in the Crans-Montana bar fire that killed at least 40 people.
The intense heat from the blaze has meant that only a handful of bodies have been identified so far.
There are also many people in hospitals across Europe being treated for severe injuries.
Rob Harris spoke to some of those waiting for news about their loved ones.
