Family of soldier killed in road accident 'has the right to truth, justice and accountability'

Colour Sergeant Anthony Oxley died after his motorcycle was involved in a collision with a car in Cyprus in 2016.

His widow Sally has been campaigning for more details of the 40-year-old’s death to be made public.

Her lawyer, Christopher Stanley, said both Sergeant Oxley and his family have the basic right to "truth, justice and accountability".
