Final Grenfell Tower fire report released

The long-awaited report into the Grenfell Tower fire has been published.

It is damning, with criticism of successive governments, the building industry, companies involved in cladding the tower, and the London Fire Brigade.

The fire occurred in 2017, where 72 died as a result.
