First Friday prayers after ceasefire in Gaza

Drone footage in Gaza’s Khan Younis shows worshippers attending the first Friday prayers since the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas came into effect on Sunday.

Prayers were held at the heavily damaged Mohammed Nasserdin al Albani Mosque. Two-thirds of Gaza’s pre-war structures – over 170,000 buildings – have been damaged or flattened during the war, according to the UN.
