First US-UK attack on Houthi bases in Yemen since Trump re-election

British Royal Air Force jets have attacked a drone-making facility used by the Iranian backed Houthi militia in Yemen.

The raid was part of a joint operation alongside US forces – which Defence Secretary John Healey said was to prevent further attacks against UK and international shipping in the Red Sea.
