Five-year-old Liam Ramos released by judge after being detained by ICE agents

Five-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos and his father, whose detention by immigration officers caused outrage last month, are back home in Minnesota.

A judge ordered their release from an ICE facility in Texas, and hit out at the government for pursuing daily deportation quotas, "even if requires traumatising children".
