Florida residents kayak through flooded streets as Storm Debby makes landfall

Streets turned to rivers in parts of Florida after Tropical Storm Debby struck northern parts of Florida. Homes and vehicles were partly submerged, people kayaked through the streets and a catfish was spotted swimming on a driveway
