Ukraine has hit a major Moscow oil refinery for a second time in a week in one of its biggest drone attacks since the war began, according to Russian officials.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy posted a video of the attack on X, which appears to show a massive fire burning at the oil refinery and plumes of smoke rising above the city.
“If Ukraine is going to burn, your Moscow will burn too,” Zelenskyy said, adding that the attack was part of Kyiv’s effort to bring Russian President Vladimir Putin to the negotiating table. “It is time to end the aggression, time to end this war.”
