Foreign Secretary visits Ukraine as deadly Russian strike kills at least 22 people

Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband has renewed the UK’s support during his visit to Ukraine, after another deadly Russian overnight.

The missile hit an apartment building, killing at least 22 people, including 5 children.

President Zelenskyy has called for better air defence systems to help prevent civilian deaths.
