Dame Andrea Jenkyns has won the Greater Lincolnshire mayoralty – with a majority of nearly 40,000 votes.
The victory follows Nigel Farage’s Reform UK’s stunning with in the Runcorn and Helsby by-election.
Dame Andrea was a Tory MP until last year’s general election, when she lost her seat and defected to Reform.
