Prison reform campaigner and former inmate at HMP Wandsworth, David Shipley, says the drone drops situation is "really depressing".
He says the situation is being dealt with locally, as prisons are dealing with it locally and local police forces are trying to manage it.
"But what they’re up against is national and international organised crime gangs," he adds.
