Former Lucy Letby bosses arrested

Police have arrested three former senior staff members at the Countess of Chester hospital – where nurse Lucy Letby murdered seven babies and attempted to kill seven others.

Officers said the three had been part of the senior leadership team between 2015 and 2016 and were being questioned on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter. All three have been bailed.
