Former culture secretary Nadine Dorries has told Sky News her life was "ruined" after she was abused by a Church of England vicar.
The attack happened when she was nine years old.
Ms Dorries said her "biggest sadness" was that she never told her husband Paul of the attack – he died in June 2019 of bowel cancer.
"He’s gone now, and I can’t discuss it with him. And I think that’s the biggest sadness for me," she told Sophy Ridge.
