and accusing the government of showing a "corrosive complacency towards defence".
Lord Robertson, who’s also a former Labour defence secretary, will use a speech tonight to warn that the UK is underprepared and in danger.
A government spokesman said they were committed to the largest sustained increase in defence spending since the cold war.
