Four officers investigated over Brella case

Four police officers have been served disciplinary notices over their handling of Harshita Brella’s domestic abuse report.

The 24-year-old was found dead in a car in East London last November. Her husband, Pankaj Lamba, has been charged with murder but he fled to India and his whereabouts are unknown.
