Yevgeny Prigozhin, who went from selling hot dogs to running Russia’s largest private army, launched an abortive mutiny in June and was onboard a private jet en route from Moscow to St Petersburg when it crashed near the village of Kuzhenkino in the Tver region, Russian officials said.
