Two GB News guests got into a fiery debate over the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti in Minneapolis.
Authorities initially claimed Mr Pretti was resisting ICE attempts to disarm him when he was shot, but, video footage appears to contradict the claims, showing he did not draw his weapon during the encounter.
Speaking on The Late Show Live, Tim Doescher said: "If you bring a gun and you confront law enforcement agents, you’re gonna have some problems."
Richard Goodstein replied, saying: "Cops on the streets of the United States confront people who are armed every day of the week, just by the thousands. This happens all the time. Guess what? They are not necessarily shot."
