Ghana ministers killed in helicopter crash

A helicopter crash in Ghana has killed all eight people on board, including the country’s defence and environment ministers.

The military says an investigation is under way to determine the cause of the crash.

The government has described the crash, one of the country’s worst air disasters in over a decade, as a ‘national tragedy’.
