The award-winning rapper failed to stop after hitting Nepalese national Yubin Tamang in northeast London last October.
The 41-year-old grime artist, whose real name is Justin Clarke-Samuel, had admitted causing death by dangerous driving.
The judge said that CCTV footage showed an "appalling litany of incidents" leading up to the fatal collision.
