Former staff members at GMB, one of Britain’s biggest trade unions, have told Sky News that a culture of sexism, harassment and bullying is rife in their workplace.
They claim the organisation has failed to act since an independent report that called it "institutionally sexist" four years ago.
The GMB categorically denies both allegations.
