Laura Kenny speaks to Sky News ahead of the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games, saying she’s not envious about her absence from the team and is feeling "a lot less stressed".
The cycling champion spoke about the impact footage of Charlotte Dujardin would be having on the British team. In the video, the dressage star is seen whipping a horse and has since withdrawn from the games.
Five-time gold medallist Kenny said she was an "animal lover" and would "hate the fact that that horse had been in pain at any time".
