Huge flytipping sites in Wigan, Sheffield and Lancashire will be cleared by the Environment Agency – as part of a new action plan to combat waste crime.
Environment secretary Emma Reynolds said they were sending a clear message to criminals – "dump illegally and you will face the full consequences".
