At just nine years old, she has published five self-development journals that allows you to ‘discover your potential whilst having fun’.
After moving to the UK from Paris aged four, Ilhora-Lee found the transition hard but started journaling to express herself and her feelings.
After experiencing the benefits of journaling for herself, Ilhora-Lee wanted to help other children who feel sad, angry or upset and in 2021 when she was seven years old, My Self-Help Journal was born.
