
Some of the families who lost loved ones in the Grenfell Tower fire in 2017 have brought a legal challenge to the government to pause the demolition of the building.
Work to take down the tower has been ongoing since September, but families say that meaningful memorials and items of emotional significance are being destroyed – something that the government said would not happen.
