Now, a day after the damning report on the fire, the King’s Fund health think-tank has shared its own report exclusively with this programme, which shows how that extended to health and care services in the aftermath of the fire.
The survivors describe a service that was chaotic and often culturally insensitive, failing to meet their needs because it didn’t listen to what they needed.
