Grenfell Inquiry: Fire ‘culmination of decades of failure’ by government and other bodies | ITV News

A long-awaited report into the deaths of 72 people in a fire at Grenfell Tower has been published more than seven years after the disaster.

Victims of the fire included men, women, and children, ranging in age from an unborn baby to an 84-year-old woman.
