Grenfell Tower deaths 'were all avoidable' and residents were 'badly failed', inquiry chair says

Grenfell inquiry chair Sir Martin Moore-Bick spoke in central London following the release of his final report into the deadly fire at Grenfell Tower in 2017.

He said the "simple truth" is that the deaths that occurred "were all avoidable", before listing those the report deemed responsible for the tragedy.
