Grenfell survivor Tiago Alves told Sky News there had been a lack of dialogue with the government ahead of the decision to dismantle the tower.
"There was no communication given to us about why, or how, or why now", he said.
Tiago escaped from his home on the 13th floor along with his father, mother and younger sister in the early stages of the deadly fire in 2017.
