Greta Thunberg gives message to Keir Starmer onboard flotilla to Gaza

A flotilla carrying humanitarian aid and activists, including Greta Thunberg, is on its way to Gaza to deliver aid and try to ‘break the illegal siege’. The Swedish activist told the Guardian that Keir Starmer has a ‘legal duty to act to prevent a genocide’, saying the words to describe people in power ‘supporting or committing war crimes’ like the UK prime minister ‘do not exist yet’. The flotilla is expected to arrive at the coastal enclave in mid-September. Israel has already blocked two attempts by activists to deliver aid by ship to Gaza, in June and July.
