In Dallas in Texas, two people – believed to be migrants – have been shot dead at an office for Immigration and Customs Enforcement – the government body known as ICE.
The gunman also died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The FBI have called it ‘an act of targeted violence’ saying some of the ammunition used was inscribed with anti-ICE messages.
