Female street vendors balancing heavy loads on their heads flee from the sounds of gunfire as shots are heard in Port-au-Prince near the general hospital and the National Palace on 21 March, in yet another attack on Haiti’s capital. The gunfire began in the afternoon, hours after another round of evacuations of foreigners who had been stuck in the city since the attacks began on 29 February.
