Half marathoners race through floodwater

Heavy rainfall over the weekend left runners splashing through floodwater during a half marathon in Bergen County, New Jersey. After the area got slammed with more than 4 inches of rain, competitors unexpectedly raced through water that nearly reached waist-level.
