German police said an armed man broke into Hamburg airport, firing twice into the air late on Saturday. Police added that the 35-year-old man had his 4-year-old daughter inside the car, in what they called a ‘hostage situation’. Travellers have been advised by authorities not to use the airport while negotiations with the man continue. All passengers had evacuated the airport, police said
