Hancock: Moving patients from hospitals to care homes was least-worst decision | ITV News

Former Health Secretary Matt Hancock has told the Covid-19 inquiry that discharging patients from hospital into care homes during the pandemic was the "least worst" move at the time.

A total of 46,000 care home residents died from Covid 19 between March 2020 and July 2022.
