Harvard University is suing the Trump administration over its ban on enrolling foreign students. It follows months of wrangling between the White House and the prestigious university.
Harvard have called the ban a ‘blatant violation’ of the first amendment and an unconstitutional retaliation for defying the White House’s political demands.
