Health Secretary Wes Streeting is leading a speech in Blackpool to set out the government’s 10 Year Health Plan.
The Department for Health and Social Care says the new scheme will focus on closing healthcare inequalities, moving medicines and equipment to regions that most need them.
More Labour MPs have signalled they are willing to rebel over the Government’s welfare cuts after Sir Keir Starmer declared he would “press on” with next week’s vote on welfare reforms.
