Hear why this background performer decided to protest during Kendrick Lamar’s halftime show

At the end of Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl halftime performance, one of his background performers – Zül-Qarnain Nantambu – unfurled a Sudanese and Palestinian flag. He displayed it in protest of the ongoing civil war in Sudan and conflict in Gaza.
