Following the Transport Committee meeting on the power outage at Heathrow Airport, Aviation Consultant, Anita Mendiratta, believes that Heathrow Airport failed customers and airlines.

Heathrow’s boss Thomas Woldbye told MPs today the airport is ‘the most efficient in Europe’ and in the days after the fire said systems had to be closed in accordance with safety procedures.
